kinesiology-works-therapistWelcome to my website. My name is Carla Carrington and I am a certified Kinesiologist, qualified through The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in 2003. I am a Functional Kinesiology Foundation Teacher and a professional member of the Kinesiology Federation KFRP and CHNC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council). I have a Diploma in Advanced Systematic Kinesiology, Functional Kinesiology, Anatomy and Physiology and Nutrition. In addition to this I am a verified Usui Reiki Master with the Reiki Association and have been teaching since 1996.

In 2003 I was invited to open a Kinesiology clinic in a GP surgery to work along side health care professionals receiving private referrals. I relished this opportunity and ran a successful Kinesiology practice until 2010 when I decided to start my own clinic in Eastbourne.

I am passionate about Kinesiology and came to study this wonderful healing system through my own personal experience with it. Kinesiology enables me to support and work with clients as unique individuals, to tailor each session to their specific needs, be it physical, emotional, energetic or nutritional. All sessions are strictly confidential and held in a secure and warm environment.
