My experience
In 2003, I was invited to establish a kinesiology clinic within a GP surgery, working alongside healthcare professionals and receiving private referrals. This allowed me to build a successful, well-respected practice within a clinical setting.
In 2010, I chose to open my own dedicated clinic in Eastbourne, where I continue to support clients using a professional, ethical and holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
A bit about me..
I’m Carla Carrington, a fully qualified Kinesiologist with over 20 years’ experience. I trained with The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in 2003 and am a Functional Kinesiology Foundation Teacher. I’m a professional member of the Kinesiology Federation (KFRP) and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
Alongside my kinesiology work, I also hold diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology and Nutrition, and I’m a verified Usui Reiki Master, teaching since 1996.
My approach
My passion for kinesiology comes from my own personal experience of its benefits. I work with each client as a unique individual, tailoring every session to their specific needs — whether physical, emotional, energetic or nutritional.
Sessions are always held in a calm, warm and confidential environment, allowing you to feel supported, listened to and at ease throughout your appointment.
